Fremantle Sailing Club is a ‘not for profit’ sporting organisation that plays a key role in the Western Australian maritime community. It is the gateway to the Indian Ocean. An aquatic playground envied worldwide for the unique obstacle free expanse of water and consistent local winds.
Home to over 2,800 enthusiastic members of all ages, Fremantle Sailing Club is a community dedicated to the ocean. FSC is a Yachting Australia accredited training organisation providing courses for the novice or intermediate sailor.

The Academy Principal Arthur ‘AB’ Brett is a former World Sailing Champion and Laser Coach for Yachting Australia and the Australian Institute of Sport. He leads a dedicated and highly skilled team of instructors and administrative support who deliver dynamic international curriculum ensuring an exemplary programme of sailing development activities. AB’s dedication, knowledge and skills create a unique platform for the development of young sailors like none other in Australia.
