The objectives and functions of the Pipes and Drums Committee shall be to:

• Provide social musical entertainment for the members and ceremonial music for formal occasions.
  
  
• Be available for Fremantle based activities when requested as a contribution by the Club to the wider community.
  
  
• Prepare a budget of income and expenditure for submission through the Finance Committee to the Board of Management for approval.
