After many years of trials and tribulations, all the training and travelling have paid great dividends to FSC sailor, Tessa Parkinson and RPYC sailor, Elise Rechichi

In 2006 our young dynamic duo made a huge jump in the world senior ranking, going from from 56th to 8th, a huge accomplishment for their first year on the senior circuit.

After many hours on the water and a mysterious virus which nearly ruined their chances of even seeing Qingdao, a 10 race series which consisted of only one first place, but with a consistency that netted them only 18 points going into the Medal Race, they had a comfortable buffer from their nearest rivals, the Dutch.
