Dive Section is pleased to announce the 2020 Photography Competition

REVISED ENTRIES CLOSE DATE – Saturday 29 February 2020

The goal of the Photography Competition is to showcase the diversity of activities at the Fremantle Sailing Club, with a shared emphasis on the above and the under water worlds.

Prizes will be awarded for the winning and runner-up image in each category, and for the images voted  ‘People’s Choice’ taken either above or under water.
All images are eligible including portfolio entries.

Our judges include Bernie Kaaks (Bernie Kaaks Photos), Joey Pool (Perth Scuba),
Nick Melidonis (NM Photography – Spirit of Place) and Peter Maloney (Peter Maloney Photography).

The winning and runner-up entries for each category will be shown at Fremantle Sailing Club as part of the Club’s Open Day display on Sunday 8th February 2020.
Visitors to the club during the Open Day will be able to vote for ‘people’s choice’ images from the winning entries. All winners will be announced on the day.
All eligible submissions will be displayed in an online album accessible via the FSC Facebook page and the FSC Website, and as a slideshow on the Club screens.

One purpose of this year’s Photo Competition is to support the Breast and Prostate Cancer Foundations.
We like to offer the images shown in the display for sale, with proceeds to the project. We appreciate that sometimes there are reasons you would not like your photo sold. In these cases, please let us know when you submit your work (see below).
