Melbourne on the Menu – 3-course Cooking Demonstration & Lunch

We’re delighted to announce that award-winning Melbourne Chef, Mathew Macartney will be bringing a taste of Melbourne to Fremantle Sailing Club across two special gourmet events held in the Ward Room. Damien McCague from Oatley Fine Wine Merchants will present the matched wines for the Degustation evening. Both events include a glass of Craigmoor Brut Cuvee on arrival. Wines available for purchase for the 3-course Cooking Demonstration/ Lunch.
